Please see a message below from Rhonda Rodriguez, the Director of Communications and Marketing with TIAA. Feel free to contact her at RRodriguez2@tiaa.org if you are interested in a meeting, Zoom, or perhaps in-person assistance during this transition. Please share the attached flyer as we would like as much participation in the webinars as possible. We are also going to send this flyer out in our HR Connect Newsletter and directly to the affected participants as well.
In preparation for the important changes coming to the State of Tennessee ORP and The University of Tennessee 403(b) Plan, I would like to provide several resources that will assist your employees that may have questions or need assistance.
We have several webinars scheduled for April at different times to help employees understand the upcoming changes. You will find the attached flyer with the dates, times, and registration links. All of these webinars, tools and resources can be found on the landing page TIAA.org/TNRetireReady. This site will provide a link to more webinars, the UT microsite for enrollment, schedule an advice session, Interproivder Forms, and more.
We also have a site that will direct your employees to schedule advice sessions with our Financial Consultants. For advice sessions, enrollment, and questions regarding the Retirement Program changes, employees can schedule an advice session with TIAA at TIAA.org/schedulenow-tn.
Last, I would like to mention that if you have an employee asking about an access code for TIAA enrollment, please remind them to start enrollment at the microsite TIAA.org/utk. Starting at the microsite for enrollment will auto-populate the access code and cause less confusion. We mentioned this microsite in our communications but we’ve had a few questions this week about access codes.
